Who we are
Soban Korean Eatery is the first fast-casual Korean restaurant in the Milwaukee area. While numerous imitation Korean restaurants have emerged, Soban stands out by offering authentic Korean cuisine prepared exclusively by Koreans. Our goal is to provide traditional Korean dishes in a fast-casual style, ensuring they are quick, convenient, and affordable.
The head chef, who grew up in Korea, has a deep love for Korean cuisine and a strong affection for both the United States and the state of Wisconsin, particularly Milwaukee. We aspire to serve the community of Hales Corners by offering authentic Korean food and supporting the local area.
